My equipment was delivered quickly and the delivery driver was very courteous and placed it right where I needed it. Great customer service and very friendly personnel. I would recommend United before I would ever try any other outfit in town. These guys are the bomb👍 Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. My best experience ever renting and they really took great care of me! United is Hands down the best outfit in town! John went above and beyond taking care of everything I needed. These guys are a great👍

The Knowing never shows expecting you to know where to put it I have a guy sitting there with the forklift watching you drop it.

I called and was told I was good to come get it. I got there and it is not ready 1hr after the call. Then I have to sit there for another hour and wait while they finish getting it ready. Once ready they ask if I have a ball. I say no. When renting a trailer a ball comes with it. Not once did they ever tell me to bring a ball for the trailer. They didnt have any balls for the trailer. Then I go to the office and see what they are going to do about it and they smirkingly tell me to go buy one. This place is a big joke. Not professional at all. Dont waste your time with AHERN RENTALS. Now I will only go to DIAMOND RENTALS. They are professional 100% of the time and tell you everything you need to have or they will provide it to you for free.
