- PAPearwood Home Owners Association1 day ago1.0For over a week now they have been stringing us along with zero reliability. They consistently failed to show up for scheduled appointments with no notice whatsoever. Not a single phone call, email, or update. We’d wait around, sometimes for hours, only to be left hanging. When they finally communicate, it’s vague promises with no actual follow-through. Their call center is an absolute nightmare. Every time I called for a follow-up on an existing issue, they acted like it was brand new and forced me to open a new ticket from scratch. Getting any real update or accountability was nearly impossible — constant holds, transfers, and repetition. Elevator service is a safety-critical service in a commercial building. TKE treated our calls and appointments like they were optional. Save yourself the frustration and lost time. Find a local company that actually shows up and communicates professionally.

Supposedly TK Fixed Elevator For Fair Park Apartments in March 2026 And It Has Gone Out 3 Times Since, Plus When We Push Button On Second Floor and 6th Floor, it Shocks Me... This Elevator is A Safety Hazzard And This Business Should Be Fined As I Inguired To The Safety Boiler and Elevator Inspector And He Stated That it Did Not Pass Inspection, This Property is a Cornerstone Property And This Needs To Be Fixed Right Or They Should Be Fined!!! In My Opinion!!!

- DDDawnApr 10, 20261.0Poor customer service. They take forever to respond when both elevators break down in the building that I live in, making it so that people that are in wheelchairs or have other disabilities can't go upstairs to their apartments. Worst company there is; do not use them.
