  Less expensive than United and their trench boxes are top notch. This is now my goto place for trench box rentals.

  Rick did great at answering all my initial questions, but when it came time to use the shoring he was very rude. I frequently when I was trying to actually get our shoring scheduled he got very sassy and offensive with me. Today when I called to finally schedule it he put ME on hold when a new call came in and handled THEM first rather than asking the new person to wait while he finished with me. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and you never do that. Go with United.
