  Hunter and his team are seriously incredible! We had an unexpected flooring emergency with a really tight turnaround, and they jumped right in without hesitation and absolutely killed it. From start to finish, they were extremely responsive, reliable, and genuinely so kind to work with. The quality of their work completely exceeded our expectations. The floors turned out beautiful and honestly made the entire place look and feel brand new. They took what was a pretty stressful situation for us and made the whole process feel easy and taken care of. I truly can’t recommend Hunter and his team enough. It’s rare to find people who are this dependable, talented, and great to work with. We will absolutely be lifelong customers and will be recommending them to everyone we know. So grateful we found them!

  Hunter did a great job helping us with our wool carpet stair runner in Park City. The quality is excellent, he followed up and followed through at a fair price - great customer service!

  Jeff is a great coordinator and his workers did a really good job moving furniture and pulling our rugs back (had small flood) and they guy came out 4 days later and stretched the carpet. They replaced some of the pad too and you can't tell anything happened. I recommend these guys highly....

  This was such a phenomenal experience, I don't even know where to begin. I live in Texas, but have short term rentals in Park City. Finding help out there is ROUGH. Even when I can find willing help, it takes months to make things happen. I purchased one of several properties, but the floor was in horrible shape. Lot's of outdated carpet, etc. I had one room at a second property as well I was looking to get replaced. I called about 5 local contractors. Two never showed. One gave me a quote that was so obscenely high that it was laughable. Another was supposed to come next day to look and quote it. He never showed up. I met CJ via a very lucky chance interaction, and he mentioned he does flooring. He came out next day, gave me a bid, it was half of what the others had quoted. Then I thought it would be months to get it done...no. He says "I've ordered the wood, we'll start tear out on Monday." This was 3 days after he came out. The amount of work these guys accomplished, with the quality they did it in, was mind-blowing. They were able to replace about 1500sq ft of carpet with hardwood in a week...including the tear down and reassembly of the furniture. And here's here it got interesting. One unit was 4 levels. Carpet on 3 of them. That was all done. The main living area was already wood, but was creaking like crazy. I planned on waiting a year and then doing that. But, our designers had pulled all the furniture out last Wednesday, and they tell me "hey, it's empty. Not sure if you want to look at doing it now?" CJ was on his way out to inspect the finished product. I tell him, "Ummm...have a qeustion..." Explained the situation, told him we have until Monday to replace it because all the new furniture is coming. I thought there was ZERO chance. He measures, says "let me make some calls." CJ, somehow, coordinated delivery of ALL the wood, the tear out, extensive subfloor repair, and lined up someone to put in all the wood and it was fully completed by that Saturday with the wood coming frieght from Boise!! I was mind blown! I've had a lot of experience with contractors of all sorts. But I have never in my entire life had an experience like this with anyone! The importance of timeliness in getting a property listed and on market can't be understated. Money is being lost every single day the units can't be rented. Taking two months to get flooring in hurts. Bad. So, in addition to saving a ton of money compared to other bids, I also saved a small fortune by getting this unit done quickly because it gave me a two month lead time in photographs and getting the unit listed. I can't say enough great things about CJ and what these guys were able to do. And the floors look absolutely amazing!!

  We re-carpeted our entire downstairs (about 294 square yards). Specialty Flooring & Design did an amazing job. No seams are visible at all and the stairs are all very tight and well-done. They moved all the furniture and returned it to exactly the same place, including a very heavy pool table. They were very professional and worked diligently to do a good job while providing a timely completion. Hunter Penrose was very helpful in assisting us to select the exact right carpet for our purposes and budget. He kept us updated and informed on the progress of the job. It is impossible to overstate how good this company is at what they do. We would never consider using anyone else.
