  Review Update: A few years ago, we hired Renovation by Burbach. While their customer service wasn’t great, we were satisfied with the quality of their work. Because of that experience, we contacted them again about a month ago to request a quote for another project on our property. Unfortunately, the experience this time was extremely disappointing. The estimator repeatedly delayed providing the quote, telling the receptionist he had already sent it when he hadn’t. After several weeks, I finally received a text saying their engineers had determined the project was “out of scope”—despite it being a straightforward facade renovation, which is the type of work they advertise and appear to perform regularly. I reached out to express my concerns about how the situation was handled and even emailed their Sales and Marketing Executive directly. I never received a response. It’s disappointing to be treated this way by a company we previously trusted. In an industry where customer service is just as important as craftsmanship, clear communication and respect for customers—especially returning ones—should be the standard. Sadly, this experience fell well short of that.

  They had great workmanship- even though it took a while to get the work done, they did excellent work. They ripped off my stucco and put up hardy-board. It looks so good.! - Maintenance free and I really like it. Jason was good to work and efficiently and effectively took care of a couple of minor problems after they were done.

  We had a fantastic experience working with Renovation by Burbach. From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and incredibly patient...especially as I took my time deciding on colors and design details. A special thank you to Paige, who was supportive every step of the way and brought such thoughtful, creative design ideas to the table. She really helped bring our vision together. Jason was also excellent—he consistently kept me in the loop and made sure we always knew what was happening next. It was clear that he, along with the entire company, genuinely cared about our project. We had new siding, fascia, and soffit installed, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. The quality of the work speaks for itself. We’ve already recommended Renovation by Burbach to friends in our neighborhood and would absolutely work with them again!

  I was truly impressed with Renovation by Burbach's communication, professionalism, and quality of work. I always got a quick response to emails and phone calls. They kept in touch throughout the project which was important to me. Although my project was fairly small (fascia replacement on dormer windows), they still treated it with importance and efficiency. The quality of work is also top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

  They did a good job on my project. They told me the lead time would be 2 to 3 weeks and it took way longer to do the job. They also sent me a final bill when they hadn’t completed the job. Ultimately they came back and finished the job. One aspect of the job was installing fascia. I provided them with a sample of the color/thickness of the original fascia. They installed a thinner fascia (as visible from oil canning). In the end I am ok with the job they did for the cost, but it took much longer than I was initially told and the materials they used were cheaper than the materials I provided and were part of the original bid.
