- RARich AdamsJun 9, 20251.0I rarely write reviews that are not positive, however, I feel my experience can help this business for future customers. I wanted to purchase a ~100k piece of equipment. I started with the Ogden, Utah location. I did receive a call back from the Sales Team informing me the equipment I wanted was not in Ogden and a piece would be shipped so I could go look at it, no further response from Regi. I happened to be in Salt Lake about a month later and went to the RDO location in Salt Lake to get the information I needed. The sales Team Member Dave spent about 5 minutes with me and said he would forward the request to Regi. I waited for about a week without any contact from anyone. I went to a competitor and was treated like they wanted my business and spent my money with them. 100K is probably a small amount overall to this business, however, any future equipment I purchase will not be with RDO. I hope the Sales Teams can correct the problems for future customers.
