We had ordered floor from a competitor and was told it was on back order and that we would have to wait to have our floor installed. We went to lumber liquidator and were were told that the flooring i loved and the stair treads that went with it were all in stock and we would have our order the following Thursday. We canceled our order with the other company and went with them instead. 2 weeks later when we hadnt received our flooring we called and we were told that our stair treads, that we were told were in stock, were on back order. 4 months later, still no stairs. I got tired of calling and being told that they were being made, or that they were checking other stores and would call back. The staff is nice enough, and they have a beautiful selection, but being told it was in stock was the whole reason we went with these guys in the first place...

I’m horrible at remembering names so I apologize to the two people that helped me out today..I believe it was Amber and Tyler…anyway they were incredibly helpful&friendly!..I am doing a very small project, only needed 35sq ft. They helped/let me poke around the over stock in the back and found just what I needed and gave me a smoking deal on it to boot!..Thanks for your help..I’ll be back for all my flooring needs.

I ordered flooring online. Two month later I still hadn’t heard anything about my floor and our online rep Debbie wasn’t forthcoming with information, so I went into the store on 1940 South and 300 West to try to find answers. Once there, Tyler Cline took over and was absolutely amazing. He noticed that it was looking like a 6 month wait on my flooring, so he took it upon himself to call around to every Lumber liquidator and try to round up boxes for me. It took him only a few days to round up enough boxes for me to finish my floor. Tyler went above and beyond for us which was very much appreciated.
