  We have always been 110% happy with Just Right’s services! Every single visit — regular maintenance to emergency visits — ALL staff have been incredibly friendly, responsive, professional, open and patience with questions and essentially not giving up until they fix the issue. We live in a rather “DIY” house from the last owner and from the Just Right office staff to the maintenance guys who come to the house, I have never met a more customer service oriented company! Due to the quirkinesses of our DIY-house, if repair prices begins to get up there, the staff are always quick to offer a discount. You will be so pleased if you sign up for their VIP service program!! All of the maintenance crew have loved-on our huge, now 3-year old puppy and are so sweet to her which goes a long way with us!

  After having a hard start getting connected with the right people, my technician came early Thursday morning to help me with my air conditioner problem. He was very efficient and solved the problem. Although my furnace and air conditioner was new in May and I had already changed the filter once, I was told I should check the filter every month to prevent freezing. I don’t recall Being told to do that when it was installed. It is fixed after a frustrating night with no air on a very hot night. Also, the phone number they left on the furnace was not working, I had to find the right one on line. My technician was wonderful. It was under warranty.

  Tristan did a great job on our faucet and p-trap installations. enjoyed his work and expertise. only confusion arose over pricing as original estimate called for some replumbing in the wall which we eliminated and estimate only came down by a couple hundred dollars. we did authorize a new popup drain and a new pressure regulator that Tristan was able to get a discounted price with a coupon. The bottom line is how expensive plumbing services have become these days. but certainly professional job and we love our new bathroom upgrades.

  Professional and courteous technicians. HVAC system, water softener, and tankless hot water heater installed by firm acquired by Just Right continue to function as designed. (HVAC and Water Softener were purchased in 2018. On-demand hot water was installed in 2021.) I appreciate Just Right annual HVAC inspections, tankless hot water flush, and water softener check-up. Even though the HVAC inspection is Included with the monthly membership program, the technician always finds some part that needs to be replaced and/or safety feature that I should purpose. Even with the membership price reduction, my “free” inspection cost me $608 this year. Our on-demand hot water flush and water softener originally also covered by a complementary annual inspection and flush (in case of on-demand hot water system). Flush is now $250 each year. My final observation is that complimentary annual inspection of A/C and furnace need to be scheduled well in advance as service & installation takes priority over complementary inspections. For example, my A/C inspection was requested in June, but couldn’t be performed until 8/22. The inspection discovered the “faulty capacitor” that caused the A/C to underperform the entire scorching summer. In order to avoid any surprise with our two furnaces, I’m going to schedule our annual heating inspection now, to make sure it’s done by mid-October. Summary: As a subscriber in the Just Right membership program, at bare minimum, I would expect pre-scheduled fall furnace and spring A/C inspections to ensure continued optimal performance of the systems they installed. As long as recommended part replacements and new safety features are indeed NECESSARY AND FAIRLY PRICED, I don’t mind paying for them. If they are just efforts to “upsell” trusting clients to meet internal sales quotas, management should cease and desist the practice. The service technicians that recently performed services at our home were courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.
