  I discovered a pin hole size leak in an old galvanized pipe in the basement that goes out to my sprinklers. I called Just Right and we scheduled for the next day, but thankfully an appointment opened and they were able to come the same day. Crozby and Jake were very professional, they assessed the problem, gave it to me straight what the best solution would be and estimated a fair price. I appreciated their confidence that they could resolve the problem. They both worked hard and accomplished the task. I appreciated their skills and service. I would highly recommend both Crozby and Jake for your plumbing needs! - give them a raise! Thanks Rob PS - no AI was used in this review, don’t need no stinking bot to tell me what to write!

  Trysten and Jake were awesome. This was not an easy solve. Our home is 140 yrs old. The plumbing is not that old, but at some points it felt like it. I greatly appreciate their attitude and the effort they put into getting my line working. I feel I have two new friends.

  Today I noticed my water heater was not producing any hot water at 2p. I called just right and spoke to a very nice lady that came to the phone quickly. I told her my issue and to my surprise she said they had availability for the afternoon. I got a call from Dylan stating he had a cancelation and could come in 30 minutes! He showed up at 230p. I couldn't believe it timing was perfect. He arrived promptly with Marshal. They both were able to trouble shoot and go snag a part and came back to do the repair quickly. They cleaned up there mess and even wore shoe covers (we don't wear shoes inside the house). Both very pleasant and informative guys. Me and my husband are very satisfied with the fast service and to top it off, both Dylan and Marshal were nice guys. We have used Just Right for about 13 years and have always had this kind of experience. Thanks again! Highly recommend!

  Air conditioner seasonal tune up: Technician was super nice an knowledgeable.My AC motor has always made a loud kerplunk on each start up for the 3 years that I've owned the house. Inspector said that was normal. Raymond suggested a solution and I agreed to have it installed. Works great and not having to listen to the startup noise is appreciated since the AC unit is next to my pato and house.

  I LOVED Utah’s Best Home Pros. They replaced my furnace, my AC unit, and even did electrical work for us! They were fast and honest and truly great people. Then they merged with Just Right. We received a letter about the merger stating we were still valued, things wouldn’t change, etc. and to show that they valued us they’d give us a year free of their premium membership that included free tune ups. They came in the fall for a furnace tune up and recommended a duct cleaning. It wasn’t in the cards. They came today for the AC tune up. I am LIVID. 1. They were 4 1/2 hours late. 2. They recommended a cleaning for $8000 this time! $8000 for a cleaning?! Then when we said no, it’s not in the cards (who has $8000 in this economy for a cleaning when a new unit is $12000?!) the tech belittled us for not prioritizing our kids health or taking care of our home. No is a complete sentence, he should have left when we said no. I wish we would have never let him in our home. He stayed and tried to guilt us into paying for it for another 45 minutes. Finally he left but I will NEVER return to just right (which is a loss for them because I need a gas line ran but I’ll take my business elsewhere), the manipulation, lack of communication, a downright disrespect for customers is nothing like Utah’s Best Home Pros. Chris, I wish you would’ve never sold!
