- ZCZachary CummingsSep 28, 20261.0I ordered cabinets, paid in full (they don’t ship until you’ve paid in full). Cabinets were to arrive mid September. I ordered in-stock cabinets specifically to have them delivered on time. They use a third party shipper and I received a text the day of arrival saying that the cabinets are not going to arrive and that cabinets to go are not answering their phone. I’ve emailed, text and called multiple times with no response. I have labor I’m paying for sitting around waiting for cabinets. Call me back and I’ll discuss removing review.
- SSSadie SmithAug 19, 20255.0We were hesitant regarding the past reviews but decided to give it a shot and we’re pleasantly surprised to find the new manager, Tyler, appears to have turned a corner for the store. He was very helpful, answered all of our questions and helped us bring our dream kitchen plans to life at a competitive price. Highly recommend asking for Tyler.
