  We purchased Marvin whole house replacement windows from USI. From our sales agent, Hector Gudino, to our installers, Joe and Craig, the experience was easy and hassle-free. These guys are truly pros! The windows arrived on time and attention was given to every detail on installation. Great experience from start to finish!

  One star is one more star than this company deserves for repair. This company did the complete install of all of our windows and doors in our house 13 years ago, since then I have called about 6 times for service, every time it has been a complete hassle, (ie months) to get them to come out, but the most recent time was a complete disaster. Our main door broke in an open position leaving our house completely open and unclose-able, right when we had listed to sell our house. Ruth, who answers the phone, took an entire day to, "find our file", despite me calling 4 times, sending her prior receipts, photos, and asking what else she might need, by the time she did "find it" at 4pm on Friday the service department was closed. The following Monday, I was finally able to speak to Marilyn in the service department. She said I was "in luck" they might be able to send someone out in a week to try to close the door (not to fix it- just try to close it). After a few days, Marilyn called to say the parts department had identified the likely broken part (based on photos and explanation), but that they wouldn't order it until they came out and looked at the door in 2 more weeks, and only after the part came in would they schedule the final repair (which Marilyn said they were scheduling about 1.5 months out). I called twice a day asking her to just send the invoice for the part so we could get it and try to move on to scheduling for the actual repair... and finally I wised up and called another place one week later I am happy to tell you our door is completely fixed and working great. If you are reading this, I hope you do the same.

  The Best! The entire process start to finish was all the things you want. Knowledgeable sales team (with a low supportive let’s get you to the best product possible in your budget mindset) and the install team went WAY above and beyond to make sure everything fit perfect. New windows are not a small investment - do yourself a favor and call them.

  USI All Purpose Windows have installed windows at two different homes for me, and I couldn’t be happier with them. From start to finish both of my projects were seamless. Their sales team were so easy to work with, the pricing was very competitive, and best of all, the quality of my windows have been amazing! Their installers are clean, professional and respect my home. Any questions I have had were addressed quickly. It’s a competitive market, go with USI All Purpose Windows.

  We recently got new egress windows put into the upstairs of our new home and they turned out amazing! Tom and Rusty from USI were extremely helpful during the whole process. Tom and his team did a great job with the installation and the framing of the windows. The windows make the home feel brand new! USI also helped us install new screens for all of our windows throughout the house that no longer had them. Overall, it was such a great experience working with USI and I recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors in the SLC area.
