  Ace Handyman Bryan T. came out to repair a second story collapsed wooden shudder. Bryan was very courteous and friendly. He knew just what would work and had the job done in good time at a good price. I was very satisfied.

  Overall, I am happy because the company stands behind their work and will do their best to rectify mistakes. Kim is great to work with, clear communication and good follow-through. Brent was also responsive and accountable. We had Jeff from Ace out to convert a little 36" closet shower into a full 60" walk in shower. He had good ideas to limit the labor and still provide a quality product, and the work itself was good. I could nitpick a few things but it's functional and looks fine. The problem was the way Jeff treated our home. He did not use any sort of drop cloth or other protection for floors and countertops. He used the kitchen counters including the glass cook top for a work space without covering them with the tablecloth we provided. He did not leave the space anywhere near "broom clean" upon departure. After communicating this to Kim, Brent came out to take a look. He immediately scheduled another tech, Chris, to come out the next day. Chris was able to get things cleaned up and fix a few outstanding items to complete the job. I would recommend Ace and will probably use them again, I think the lack of care for our home was an exception and unlikely to happen again in the future.

  Scott F did a great job sanding and painting a damaged area of my railing and baseboard. Reasonably priced, quality work, fast repair.

  Jeff gave us an initial consultation and estimate. From hearing him assess our remodel needs, it's clear he knows his trade well and has a comprehensive set of skills - he's taking care of our bathroom remodel, partial kitchen remodel, and deck repair. He inspires confidence, and the rate is reasonable for assured quality.
