  BUYER BEWARE!!!! If you’re looking for a business that treats their customers like garbage this is the place for you! Jeremy wouldn’t even help answer questions about their carpets. He directed me up stairs to figure it out on my own. Then wouldn’t let me look at the stock or small remnant pieces in the back without a home measurement first (they refused to do a measurement without a chosen carpet first?). So I scheduled a time for a measurement. Then Jeremy showed up two hours late for my appointment, and then since my wife didnt hear at the door, he just left. I confirmed my appointment on my cell 20 minutes prior. He said he tried to call me while he was here (which was untrue). When I tried to see where he was, he was very RUDE and then hung up on me. SO IF YOU LKE UNPROFESSIONAL HOME SERVES, GO TO THESE GUYS!!!!

  Super helpful and very informed and very knowledgeable of all the products. Raida went above and beyond trying to get us a perfect match of carpet (color and durability) even took down a huge roll and let us see it. Thank you.
