Completed the task in a timely matter, then followed up two weeks later to make sure everything was running properly and at that point found out I needed To set up one more remote, which on his day off, took the time to talk me through it. I couldn’t be more pleased with my tech and this company. They are definitely. Worth the five stars

We didn't realize how much we depend on it. Our tech was Kasey. Kasey was very communicative, with updates prior to arrival. Upon arrival Kasey was very friendly! He was very knowledgeable about the issues going on. He promptly did a complete diagnostic review of our door, after that he provided 3 bids for fixing it. Kasey was able to explain what each bid contained and the reasoning. He made sure I understood and didn't have lingering questions. I have had few instances in situations like this, where the information given made me comfortable and a well informed consumer to make my choice. I would recommend A Plus Garage Doors to anyone looking for repairs or new doors. Thanks Kasey for your incredible service!!

Manasseh the tech came out and gave 4 different options with pricing and we ended up getting a belt driven opener and a few components changed out. The price was fair and the service was exceptional! What a huge difference this had made. I highly recommend that if your shopping openers for your garage reach out to them first...you won't be disappointed.
