  While all of the work that was performed was high quality I was consistently treated like an afterthought. I was initially told my project would take a matter of days, everything ended up taking around three weeks. If I wasn’t regularly following up and asking for updates I’m sure my project would still be in limbo.

Jeffrey, Joe, and Devin are so professional, and get the work done incredibly quickly! Can’t recommend them enough. We will always use them for any home disaster needs!

  We engaged Utah Disaster Restoration Services to remediate a mold situation and also evaluate the home for asbestos due to the age of the house. We asked a 2nd company for a bid and Utah Disaster Restoration Services beat that cost by a mile without sacrificing the quality of work. In addition to mold remediation they also rebuilt a basement room for us. It looks amazing! Joe was responsive to my inquiries and quickly returned answers. I was extremely impressed by how professional and kind each of work crew members have been. They were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. The entire job was completed early and under what we had budgeted. If it’s not clear by now I highly recommend Utah Disaster Restoration Services.

  We were charged $2000 to cut out a small section of wet drywall and installation, and for some fans to blow for 2+ days (which we had to pay for as well on our electric bill). And it was going to cost us another $2000+ to have the drywall and installation replaced. Unreasonable amount of money for a small amount of work. We felt taken advantage of in a moment of vulnerability.

  Dec. 23 2022 our kitchen flooded due to a separated pipe under the foundation... Huge mess, total disaster. 2 days before Christmas, Jeff and his crew got right to work and worked consistently through the holiday season. Jeff and Tom and everyone on their crew were hardworking, knowledgeable, and easy to get hold of to address every question and concern we had. In the end they did an amazing job and our kitchen is better than ever! We have used their services again and again on multiple projects and they never disappoint. Class act all the way.
