  Okko replaced the spring on our garage and he was great! He was very personable and constantly asked if I had questions regarding the repair, the warranty, and the cost. I wouldn't hesitate to have him work on my garage in the future. My only frustration was that I was given a window of 8 am - 1 pm and Okko didn't arrive until 2 pm. That's not his fault, but I think scheduling could do a better job and communicate with the customer regarding delays because 6 hours is a crazy amount of time to wait at home before the repair even begins.

  It’s obvious why this company has all 5 star reviews! Our technician Okko was super professional and kind, basically installed all new systems in about 2 hours, and took his time explaining how it all worked. Highly recommend!!

  A wheeled bracket was dangerously loose. The technician, Okko, did a great job repairing the loose bracket. He also checked and tightened the other bolts. Competent and kind service, an excellent experience.

  Had a great experience throughout the process! Ron the sales rep was great to work with trying to decide on new doors for our house. Price was fair, install went great, doors are great quality, work and look so much better than our old doors!!
