  Called to have a routine furnace check and they answered right away which is rare these days. There was no AI agent before talking to a human. They took care of me the next day.

  On the spot and fast turnaround time! They did what my regular hvac company wouldn’t do with a kitchen fan and ducting that passed inspections next day.

  Randy and Bentley were both very friendly, and were able to quickly fix my air conditioner. I appreciate that Randy’s philosophy is to fix it when possible instead of jumping to replacing it. He educated me on what to listen for on the furnace.

  Randy’s experience was so valued. He was able to trouble shoot the problem and made some adjustments and it was back to working great with suggesting getting a new air conditioner, which was my other suggested option. I never meet Randy before his service call, but he came highly recommended and his expertise exceeded my expectations.
