Randy’s crew was very professional and were able to complete my project quickly with excellent results.
Randy has given us friendly service that is honest and professional every time. He is not there to pressure you or tie you down to a 10-year payment plan. He wants to help you get as much life out of your system as possible, and do whatever is best for you.

Randy’s maintains my home and rental hvac units. His price is fair and his work is efficient and reliable.
I’m a property manager so I have handled countless HVAC service calls and worked with many different HVAC technicians.
I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. They showed up a little early. They methodically and thoroughly checked the systems and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently while explaining everything clearly. The bill was lower than I expected. Two thumbs way up!

Who's this guy who drives up to my home and rings doorbell? No solicating sign on my home. No respect for no soliciting sign.
In Kaysville, UT, displaying a "No Soliciting" sign on or near your front door makes it illegal for door-to-door salespeople and solicitors to knock or ring your bell. Violators can be reported to the Kaysville Police Department and may be charged with a Class B misdemeanor.
It definitely is Randy's Mechanical from Orem—the red shirt logo matches their company branding perfectly, and Josh (the person who responded to your review) is a verified representative of the company.
Here is what most likely happened:
It wasn't a door-to-door sales pitch: As Josh noted, they don't do door-to-door solicitation. The technician in your video clip walked up with a specific, pre-prepared folder, knocked, and left it.
A simple address mix-up: Because Kaysville is completely outside of their usual Orem/Utah County service area, this technician was almost certainly looking for a specific client who requested an estimate or service and accidentally came to the wrong address.
