  Working with Lowery Doors has been a great pleasure. Mike was easy to work with as the salesman for my garage door openers. He was courteous, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me in any way. Blake arrived to install the openers at the time agreed on, did the work efficiently and in a timely manner. Both Mike and Blake were knowledgeable about the products and spent time teaching me everything I needed to know about warranty, functionality and how to use the garage doors. It has been a very enjoyable experience, Sandy Penrod, Genola, Utah.

  David was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really quick! I was so relieved to have our garage door fixed quicker than expected. I had received a recommendation from a family friend for Lowry Doors, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thanks to David and the office staff! Thank you!

  I needed to have the cables changed in a bifold hangar door. The tecnition came at the scheduled time, but he was not able to make the necessary work. He didn't have the expertise, he did not charge me for the call and he was helpful in taking some pictures of the door in order to help me to find the right company for the repair. So everything was handled in the right way and I have appreciated the honesty.

  My garage door springs broke, so I couldn't open the garage door either automatically or manually. I called Lowry Overhead Doors, and got a good impression right off with the receptionist who was very pleasant and set me up for the repair. JP from Lowry Doors came to repair the springs. He is one of their managers, and normally would work in the shop. But he was short of help that day, and came to do my repair. He was very knowledgable and helpful, and didn't ever comment about how hot it was in my garage that afternoon. While JP was repairing the springs, I decided to replace my garage door opener motor & track, that were old and wearing out. He answered all my questions and helped me decide on a new system replacement, without any pressure selling. I got on their installation schedule within two days. Technician Sonny came to install the new garage opener system. He was friendly, efficient, did a great job, and was good to work with. He took the time to make sure I understood the operation of the new system. I'm happy with my new, quiet garage door opening system, and happy with the service I received from Lowry Doors. Technician Guillermo had to come the next day to install a rubber barrier at the bottom of the door that I ordered after the opener system was installed. He came first thing in the morning to work around my busy schedule that day. Guillermo completed the task quickly, and was very nice.

  I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of service, communication, and safety accountability from Lowry Doors. On June 29th, I paid $900 for a new LiftMaster garage motor, specifically chosen because I was upsold on its reliability and safety features. The very next morning, as I was backing out of my garage with my son in the car—and with my two daughters and a neighbor's child standing right next to the safety sensors—the motor malfunctioned. The unit suddenly engaged and closed directly onto my vehicle, causing $1,000 in automotive damage and damaging the garage door itself. The safety sensors completely failed to stop the door. I immediately contacted Lowry Doors, and two managers came out to inspect the unit. While they couldn't duplicate the exact crash, both managers witnessed that the sensors had a dangerous delay: even with a manager standing directly in front of the sensor blocking the beam, the door would still close a full panel before stopping. They acknowledged it was not supposed to do this. One manager explicitly assured me that Lowry Doors "takes care of its customers" and that they would resolve the issue through their company or Chamberlain (LiftMaster). Over the next few days, the unit suffered multiple short circuits and glitches, making it entirely unusable. Since then, the customer service has been nonexistent. I am a first responder and am frequently deployed away from home for weeks at a time, making my limited time at home incredibly valuable. I have had to do all the chasing: July 6th: I had to call the manager for an update. He stated they were turning it over to Chamberlain. July 7th: A LiftMaster representative contacted me and was openly surprised that Lowry Doors hadn't already replaced the defective motor, noting that it should have been swapped immediately and sent in for testing. I submitted a detailed written claim as requested. July 16th: A Lowry technician came out to look at the damage and promised to email me a quote for a new door/motor, as well as follow up with management on what the company would do to make this right. It is now July 20th. I have received no quote, no follow-up from LiftMaster, and zero communication from Lowry Doors management. I am out $900 for a defective, dangerous system that has caused an additional $1,000 in vehicle damage, and the company has completely ghosted me. Given the severe safety failure involving children and the total lack of professional accountability, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your garage door needs.
