  Lowry doors and Anthony were great! They fit me in right away and Anthony showed up at the very beginning of the window I was given, which was much appreciated. Anthony was knowledgeable and courteous, and assessed my door damage quickly (thankfully, it wasn’t serious).

  We were connected with Lowry Overhead Doors through Costco. Mike Davidson arrived to discuss replacing the contractor grade doors and opener that were installed with our new Ivory home.Mike is incredibly knowledgable and sold us what we wanted and needed. There was no over sell involved, he explained everything we asked for. We were interested in an 2” steel door with upgraded insulation for climate/sound and an internet capable door opener. Mike found it all with an Amarr door and Lift Master opener. Lowry Overhead Doors was the third requested bid we received from local installers. Using the Costco rebate and the Lowry pricing saved us thousands from the next lowest bid. Very impressed with the sales and purchase process.   Blake arrived prior to appointment time and called first to see if he could arrive early. Lowry overhead door was my third bid for two new doors with openers and install. As a bonus, we went through Costco and will soon receive a shop card worth 15% of our order. Blake was awesome and provided additional information that the other two companies did not provide. I was allowed to make the best decision for my needs. I highly recommend both Lowry and Blake Adamson

  I would like to give Benjamin Fenton a 5-star review for his excellent service. Benjamin was very honest, professional, and thorough throughout the entire inspection. He carefully examined every part of my garage door system, including the motor, the tracks, and other components, taking the time to identify all of the issues. I was impressed by how detailed and patient he was during the inspection process. He clearly explained the condition of my garage door, the repair process, what repairs were necessary, what repairs were optional, and the most reasonable solutions available for my situation. I truly appreciated his honesty because he never tried to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. Even though my garage door has significant damage, Benjamin took the time to address the motor issue and made adjustments so that the door could temporarily open and close, allowing me to continue using it safely for the time being. This was a tremendous help to me.
