- BFBen FMar 5, 20265.0I’m updating my review based on the final outcome of our project. We’re very happy with the finished work from Cabinet Express. Jayden and the team helped us with a bathroom cabinet reface, a new basement vanity, and soft-close hinges throughout our kitchen. Everything looks great, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Like many small businesses, there can be challenges as projects move through the process, but I appreciated their commitment to seeing the job through and making sure we were satisfied with the final result. In the end, they delivered a beautiful finished product, and we’re enjoying the upgrades every day. Thank you to Jayden and the team for your hard work.

- MNMelissa NewberryApr 13, 20212.0I wrote a review about 10 months ago, but that doesn't show up anymore.-- it even had photos of the poorly constructed cabinets and the countertop issues. Although I will say they did a nice job matching the new island cabinets to the existing cabinets, it was a poor overall experience and I would not recommend them. It all started with the designer, who didn't measure the space correctly so we ended up having a foot longer island than the space could handle. Rick refused to take back the extra cabinet or refund me. The drawers in the island did not open at first-- the back was not attached correctly. The countertop guy had to come back three times to fix issues and still there are seams in my "seamless" countertop. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
- LMlati momSep 9, 20201.0Do not use this company. Rick, the owner, is the most unprofessional, unorganized and disrespectful person. He can’t remember any details about your job. He has scheduled 3 times to finish the job and after the scheduled time, he texts & cancels. He comes up with every excuse. He requires you to sign a contract & pay a deposit. In the contract it states that if you are not ready for installation then you’re charge a percentage for “wasting their time.” However, Rick could careless about respecting your time. Unfortunately, we didn’t choose Rick. Our insurance & restoration company did. If I had read through these reviews, I would have never chosen Rick. We have a kitchen, entertainment built ins and an office we’re starting to remodel and we definitely will not use Express Cabinets. They’re not “express” and Rick will only cause pure chaos. I do not recommend Express Cabinets at all.
