  Clint and his team came in to help us after we were left with a badly botched kitchen construction project, and initially, we were incredibly grateful to have found them. Their pricing was fair, the work they completed was done well, and Clint and his crew were respectful, professional, and clean while working in our home. They were able to correct a lot of the issues left behind by the previous contractor, and we genuinely appreciated the relationship we built with their team throughout the process. Unfortunately, our experience changed once the project was nearing completion. We were asked to pay the remaining balance in full, which we did in good faith, trusting that the final outstanding items would be completed. Since making that final payment, however, it has been extremely difficult to get anyone to return and finish the work we already paid for. We have reached out multiple times over the last six months trying to coordinate a time for them to come back. We have repeatedly been told they would get to us or that someone would follow up, but six months later, the project is still incomplete. That is incredibly disappointing, especially because our experience with Clint and his team had otherwise been so positive. After everything we had already gone through with the original contractor, we really thought we had finally found a company we could trust to help us get our kitchen finished properly. Instead, we are now in the position of potentially having to pay another contractor to complete work we have already paid Clint and his company to do. After already spending a significant amount of money correcting someone else’s mistakes, having to pay yet again simply to get our project across the finish line is incredibly frustrating. More than anything, it feels like once the final payment was made, we stopped being a priority. That’s especially disappointing after building what we felt was a positive relationship with Clint and his team. I want to be fair in this review because they DID do good work while they were here, and I don’t want that to be overlooked. I would genuinely prefer to be able to update this review to say that Clint came back, honored the work we paid for, and finished the remaining items. We are not asking for anything extra—we simply want the project we paid for to be completed. At this point, after six months and multiple attempts to resolve it directly, we felt it was only fair to share our full experience. We sincerely hope they will make this right.

  Clint and his team did an incredible job renovating our entire townhouse. No detail was left undone and CHV went above and beyond to make the property turnkey when it was finished! The CHV team communicated throughout the process with phone calls and pictures, which helped eliminate any frustration or miscommunication. CHV is the type of contract company we all hope to hire and are worthy of the highest praise. They were wonderful to work with, communicated throughout the process, were honest, and did impeccable work. Clint gave us an accurate and detailed quote, and CHV stuck to that quote, completing the work on time and within budget. I cannot recommend CHV highly enough! We will use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a truly wonderful construction company!

  I love my new Pergola that CHV Construction did for me. I told them my vision and it turned out better than I envisioned it. They were fast-but did beautiful work, kind, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.
