- HCHenry CallanMar 29, 20221.0AWFUL SERVICE. when you open the doors, it looks like an online sales company or call center, everyone on their computer and me waiting for minutes for someone to help me, I got tired and turned around and left. I went to another store that perhaps cost me a little expensive material for my house and other work, I had good customer service and most importantly. I was able to get what I needed.

- PHPatricia HartzellJul 1, 20171.0We went in to get a cost estimate on a couple of doors with our contractor, they were suppose to get back with us, never contacted us and never called after 2 months of waiting. Finally went in and they told us manufacturer doesn't recognize the item serial numbers or that they are outdated item numbers (BMC ARE THE ONES THAT GAVE US THE SERIAL NUMBERS). Started the whole process over again with Shannon, and again after two more months of calling, they have not returned our phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Horrible customer service! THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!
