- BCBonnie ClaytonApr 11, 20251.0Yesterday I was cut off and almost ran off the road by a Bergmann heating & air van. They just happened to be getting off the same exit that I was so when I pulled into the Maverick gas station I was appalled to see them pulling into the liquor store, the driver jumped out of the van stumbling into the store then they left once his purchase was done!!! It was only about 4 pm so they were definitely still on the clock on business hours! I only hope they weren’t drinking while driving but judging by the way he was driving I’m pretty sure they were. I called the number on the van and was rudely told that “he would take care of it”, I didn’t need to do anything else. That didn’t sit well with me last night so I wanted to get on here and warn their customers that you might not want so called trusted professionals drinking while working in your home on ANYTHING, let alone something that could potentially be fatal if mistakes are made.

- BLBetsy LivingstonMar 28, 20145.0Our air conditioner wasn't working. Bergman's tech Tracy came to check out the problem. It was an easy fix. He didn't make us feel dumb. He showed us what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. He also informed us to not run the air conditioner in the winter and told me what needed to happen if I wanted to run the ac in the winter. It gets hot in in our salon even in the winter with all the blowdryers and bright lights on. Thank you for your watching out for us.
