  Brandon and Bobby did such great work fixing our leak in our AC unit. I really appreciated how personal Brandon and Lance were coming out the first time and making sure we got everything taken care before daughter’s graduation party. And they made sure to give us all of our options and get us the best deal possible. This is a great company to use! Very trustworthy!

  As an apartment complex, having reliable HVAC vendors is extremely important to us, and Authority HVAC exceeded every expectation. They came out the very next day, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and returned the following day to repair the unit. We’ve worked with other HVAC companies in the past where repairs would drag on for weeks or even months, but Authority HVAC had our residents back up and running in less than 48 hours. Their communication was outstanding from scheduling all the way through the completed repair, which made the entire process smooth for both our team and our residents. Lance and Andrew were amazing to work with — professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly committed to providing excellent service. Authority HVAC will absolutely be our go-to HVAC vendor moving forward.   After a lot of research online I decided to go with Authority for a full HVAC and water heater replacement. Austin and Francisco were the installers and did an fantastic job. A few very minor things were missed but were fixed the very next day. Overall so far these guys deserve 5 stars for the quality and service provided. I have total confidence that Authority will provide excellent service for the lifetime of the equipment.

  What an amazing experience! Our HVAC was getting close to the end so we started looking into systems. After meeting with multiple companies we were blown away by the pricing and customer service Authority is able to offer. Their bid was thousands of dollars cheaper for the same system with another company which we found very impressive. Francisco, Christian and Malcolm did a fantastic job with the install and definitely went above and beyond, working late to make sure they got everything done perfectly. When we had a little issue come up a couple days later, Danny came to check things out on a Saturday morning and got it figured out in a flash! He was so personable and helpful. We've had such a great experience with Absolute and highly recommend them.

  Anthon fixed the problem and checked everything else out. Everything looked good. He checked it out in his book and there was no charge for the service. I am very pleased and happy with the service I receive from your technicians and your company. Please keep up the good work I just bought a new Furnace from your company a few weeks ago.
