  I've talked a lot with HVAC companies, and I can say that Authority Heating and Cooling are the best. They are honest, do good work, and are polite and kind. They are a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them.

  The technician was very good but once again Authority failed to fix an issue that has been plaguing us since the system was installed. Our basement cannot be regulated! This time they turned the fan on full time. We woke up this morning to a 57 degree basement even though the thermostat was set to 74. We finally had to turn the system off in the basement once again.

  Authority Heating and Cooling gave us fantastic service from start to finish. From initial repairs to consulting when repairs were no longer cost effective to installation. Christian was so patient and never pressured us as he explained all the options. Matt and Brody were fantastic! They installed the new system. They worked so hard all day and were polite, careful, and tidy and answered all our questions. I especially loved that they were willing to work with us on a special request we had. We are so impressed with them both. Everything looks great! We highly recommend these guys!!

  Incredible experience, from beginning to end. I use a focus mode to block unwanted and unrecognized calls, so I missed the first contact from Authority. Not to worry, not only did they leave a friendly and informative voicemail, but they followed immediately with a text. I immediately called them back and was greeted by name in the most friendly manner. A wonderful woman helped me schedule service, kept me updated, confirmed and reminded me the day before, informed me of a delay, and then updated me when the tech was on his way. Upside to our AC dying. Because we had a tech coming to visit, my wife unexpectedly cleaned the house. Daniel immediately set my mind at ease with his genuinely friendly greeting as he stepped out of his van. Our dogs didn’t even notice or seem be bothered that he was in our house. He showed me everything he was seeing, why it was happening and what effect it had on the system. With it being older he educated me on the pro’s and con’s of repair or replacement. Daniels visit felt more like spending time with a friend than having a stranger in your house. And he got our AC going again! Over the years, with preseason checkups, we had exposure to multiple HVAC companies. These guys are the best to work with!
