  Anthon was really quite pleasant personally . He was also very knowledgeable about the HVAC system & we felt comfortable having him working on our system .

  Great experience. Scheduling was super easy and fast. And the tech who came out to evaluate our AC, Anthon, was fantastic. Super nice and knowledgeable. He spent quite a bit of time helping resolve our issues. A/C is working great now.

  Andrew came out to diagnose the problem that we’ve been having for the last year that no one else could figure out. After doing a thorough deep dive figured out what the issue was able to fix it on the spot. Best money I’ve ever spent, these guys were thorough, courteous, and they are professional.

  Not sure what is going on ,other than their techs are rushed, out of the 4-5 times for service they broke something on my hvac 3 times. My furnace the first time being serviced was left non running and the fan wasnt mounted right. They fixed the fact it was non running but not the fan which burnt out 3-4 weeks later which they did fix for free. Recently they serviced my ac and put a new contactor in. They hooked the outside ac fan wrong so it was running 24/7. Fortunately i figured out what was wrong while trying to get help, their tech wired the fan straight to mains. Unfortunately their service manager never got back to me on a refund for almost breaking my ac fan and installing the contactor wrong. I appreciate they have fixed their past mistakes on my equipment but im done with their poor management of techs causing my hvac to be broken. Aka Its very obvious the problem is somewhere at the management level and not at the tech level.

  Sometimes there is not enough words to cature the essence of a truly Thankful Heart.And to put it on paper so this is my way of saying this company Is one and a million.You will never know the difference you all have made. Afton your team rocks everyone of your Team Mates are Professional and that is a reflection of you and and how wonderful you are. This company goes above and beyond to make sure that you are well taking care of. I am so glad that I have got to meet some off the coolest people they are like Family. You will never come across another company that cares as much as Authority Heating and Air.
