  Pat & Michael gave prompt and professional service. They called ahead of their arrival and efficiently removed old weather trim that was faded and installed new trim. It looked great. Best of all A+ replaced it at no charge under warranty. Definitely pleased with service of this company.

  I have used A Plus Garage Doors on several occasions now and have been pleased with their service each time. For those wondering, no, this is not a paid or compensated review, simply one that I hope will be helpful for anyone trying to decide who to call for their garage door repair. This past Thursday I had some issues with my garage door which I was unable to fix myself. I called A Plus, at the end of the day, when I realized I was getting nowhere with fixing my door. They said they could get someone to my house sometime on Monday. I asked if there was any way they could come the following day due to some safety concerns I had with the door not working properly. They immediately reached out to their technicians and asked if that was a possibility. Their technicians made room for me and scheduled me for the following day. Nate is the tech they sent this time. He was great. He came during the scheduled time frame they gave me. He messaged me about thirty minutes before, with his name and a photo, to let me know he when he would arrive. Nate was prompt, professional, and courteous. He assessed what was going on and then explained to me what he was seeing. He offered me several options to remedy the issues, explaining each of them. There was no pressure to choose one over another and the prices for all were reasonable. As has been the case in all my previous interactions with A Plus, Nate came prepared with what was necessary to fix my door. He completed the repair in a very timely fashion and my door is now working wonderfully! As with all my past experiences with A Plus Garage Doors, I am very pleased with their service; they will be the first ones I call should I need something in the future. I highly recommend them. (I failed to take a photo of the rollers that were replaced, to show their condition before, but I did get a picture of the broken hinge, then another of the new one with a few of the new rollers in it as well.)
