  After visiting a few carpet stores, I took a chance and walked into R&R Flooring. I was Immediately greeted with a different experience. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Even the owner came out to answer my questions. After renovating an entire house this was the most positive purchase I think we’ve made. Definitely plan to return anytime I need flooring.

  Had my own carpet roll and wanted to have 3 rugs made with padding. Went to pick it up after a call saying they were done and what I received was 3 bound off pieces of carpet and a separate roll of padding, that I have to cut myself and try to attach to the carpet so it doesn’t scratch/slide on my floor. The manager was suppose to get back with me on this and have never heard from them. I’m a bit mad as the cost was pretty high to have 3 rugs made without padding on them. Not very good with communication from this business! Grrrrrrr

  I have been a regular customer of RnR Flooring for the past 6 years. They are professional, have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff and a beautiful showroom that is clean and organized. I have used their services on many new construction projects, replacing carpet in my rental properties as well as new carpet in my own home and I have always been very happy with the products, installation and customer experience! I would highly recommend this company!

  Great selection and staff. SarahJane was super helpful in finding the right product line to choose from as we needed a strong laminate that would hold up to the weight of 2 pianos in one room. We chose the Mannington Restoration Collection and had it installed in early May 2026. It has proven to exceed our expectations in quality and value. The twins that did the install did a superb job. Minor issues that came up along the way were handled quickly and professionally by Rock and all his staff at RnR. I highly recommend RnR Flooring!!

  I cannot recommend RNR Flooring & Design highly enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their design team went above and beyond throughout our entire remodeling project. What started as choosing flooring turned into a complete design experience, and they guided us every step of the way. They helped us select carpet, hardwood flooring, rugs, the most incredible carpet pad, backsplash, kitchen cabinets, hardware for the cabinets, countertops, and even our kitchen sink. Their knowledge on every product and their recommendations have been outstanding. The carpet pad, in particular, is unbelievable—people have literally walked onto our rug and commented weeks later that it was so comfortable they just wanted to take a nap on it! I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to creating a cohesive design. Even though they don’t sell paint, they helped us choose four different paint colors for various areas of our home that perfectly complemented the materials we selected. That level of service is rare. You truly can’t go wrong by choosing RNR Flooring & Design. Their expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers set them apart. They work hard to create the best experience they can and for the best price. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and we look forward to working with them again when we’re ready to choose blinds for our home.
