- EEElizabeth EllisonSep 11, 20265.0There’s no one better to work with than Rock! He’s such an exceptional person! Took care of every need and has fantastic customer service! These guys are the best in the business, no one does carpet quite like them!! His follow through with us was outstanding. We love our new carpet and we love him!!
- MAMorgan AbbottSep 2, 20265.0We’ve used RnR for several home flooring projects and they are always great to work with.
- MMMarshall MobleySep 2, 20265.0They were very helpful with repairs needed for my laminate flooring.
- ESElaine ShomerAug 24, 20265.0I had carpet and vinyl laminate installed a few weeks ago. I appreciated management solving a few scheduling and materials availability problems that arose. I am extremely pleased with the products and the installers were great.
- GAGeri AlbertsAug 18, 20263.0Had my own carpet roll and wanted to have 3 rugs made with padding. Went to pick it up after a call saying they were done and what I received was 3 bound off pieces of carpet and a separate roll of padding, that I have to cut myself and try to attach to the carpet so it doesn’t scratch/slide on my floor. The manager was suppose to get back with me on this and have never heard from them. I’m a bit mad as the cost was pretty high to have 3 rugs made without padding on them. Not very good with communication from this business! Grrrrrrr
