  Julio Alfonso, from the Ogden branch of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He assessed and diagnosed the problem with our 23-year-old AC unit and gave us multiple options to consider in how we wanted to fix it. We were totally satisfied with his work and would definitely call on him and the company again when needed. Julio was great!!!

  Julio was very professional and polite, and communicated issues and repair in a way that a 64-yr old with little prior knowledge was able to understand. My HVAC unit was fixed in a timely manner and I’m very happy with the results. Will recommend him and One-Hour Heating & AC to family and friends without hesitation. Thanks, Julio!!

  Julio has been fantastic he was patient and kind he went through every step with ease and even found some potential dangers leaking that other companies have missed doing inspections as for pricing he didn't pressure me in to any purchase abs have me the best info for a informed decision 1000% recommend and ask for Julio. Also want to add on 93 degree weather i have young children the company loaned is ac to keep everyone safe and comfortable.

  One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came out the very next day after our air conditioner stopped working. Julio responded to the call, and we could not have been more impressed with the service we received. He was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Julio spent approximately three hours in our home going over every issue he found, what repairs or replacements were needed, and providing several different options. He carefully explained the risks and benefits of each choice, discussed different scenarios depending on our needs and budget, answered all of our questions, and thoroughly reviewed the warranties and guarantees. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the experience and the level of service provided. Julio was knowledgeable, patient, and very personable throughout the entire process. On a personal note, we shared our love for good BBQ and think the owner should take him out for barbecue at Kenny J's BBQ in South Jordan, he definitely earned it.
