  Excellent service! Julio Alfonso was professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the issue. Fast, reliable service—especially appreciated during the summer heat.   Jeremy was a friendly tech who arrived within the time frame, no more than 30 minutes after the start time. His service was 5-star, but I'm averaging that with a 0-star for resolution satisfaction. My mini-split system was cooling in one zone and not cooling in the other, with no error per the system. Jeremy cleaned the filters, checked the outdoor unit, then finally did a power cycle reset. After the power cycle both units were cooling. Alas! It did not last. The issue came back that evening.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about Julio and the service I received. When another appointment was canceled, they called and came a day earlier than scheduled, which was a huge help since my AC had stopped working. It was 100° and my house was getting close to 90° inside The technician Julio spent time to thoroughly inspect my entire HVAC system. He didn't rush the job or try to sell me something. Instead, he took the time to use a telescopic camera inside my furnace and AC system and showed me exactly what was happening. Seeing the condition of my 30-year-old furnace and 20-year-old air conditioner for myself gave me confidence that I was making an informed decision. Julio patiently answered every question, explained everything in terms I could understand, and never pressured me. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail were exceptional. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about educating the customer instead of just making a sale. I highly recommend this company and especially this technician to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and outstanding HVAC service. They are scheduled to come out first thing tomorrow morning to get me a brand new HVAC installed at a great price! Thank you for going above and beyond! You were a lifesaver today Julio!

  Our technician Julio was amazingly cordial and thorough with our broken HVAC system and took his time to show us exactly what was wrong with his telescopic camera and took great lengths to go into detail about our options. We sincerely appreciate his time and professionalism today and One Hour's great and reasonable rates.
