  Our AC stopped working and they were able to get us scheduled the next day. Greg was our tech and he was great! He took his time going through the whole system making sure there was nothing else that needed to be addressed. He did a great job not just explaining what the issue was but how the entire system works as well. He looked up all of our parts to cover any warranties which helped save us a ton of money. 10/10, we would love to have Greg for any needs in the future.

  Really thorough, really friendly, really efficient, really professional. Well under cost compared to another company's quote. Jose, Jake, and Cody were exceptional at their jobs. Maybe you could find someone uninsured for cheaper but it's a much better choice to go with Just Right for above and beyond service.

  First and foremost, Steffan is a great tech, and he's a valuable asset to your company. Whatever you're paying this guy, you should double it.. I can't compliment his level of attention to detail and professionalism enough. He genuinely cares about what he does, takes the time to ensure he's making the correct diagnosis, and took the extra time to make absolute certain our system was functioning properly before ending the job. He made us feel valued as a customer. Brian the service manager and Makayla in customer service took the time to listen to concerns I had regarding my repairs by previous techs and we were treated like we matter. Thank you 3..... Ramon and KD installed a warranty repair for us, they were absolutely professional, and completed the work they quicker than the estimated time they had provided. Thank you 2..

  I've had consistently positive experiences with this company throughout the time I've been a customer. Their customer service has always been excellent, with fantastic follow-up, clear communication, and quick responses whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. Calvin, the technician who came to my home, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and completed the work efficiently. I really appreciated his expertise and positive attitude. Overall, this company has always been very responsive, communicates well, and is quick to get technicians scheduled when needed. It's clear they value their customers, and I highly recommend them!

  The service was scheduled for 11:09 to 2:00 pm. I was notified the tech was running behind and I understand issues come up out of the techs hands the scheduling process has to be re- evaluated with time given that issues can occur. The tech called me at 4:38 to say he would be in his way to my home and it would take him 40 minutes to get here. That would be after 5:00 pm I may have cut my nose off to spite my face but Ivcancelled the I called on Tuesday 7/ 21/26 to schedule an appointment to have my HVAC repaired because Just Right installed my unit 6 years ago. The appointment was for 7 /24/26 between 11:00 and 2:00p.m. I received notification the tech was running behind and I understand completely things come up out of the control of the techs hands. 4:30 I receive a call from the very nice tech stating he is 40 minutes out from my house. I canceled the appointment. It’s not the techs fault but Just Rights processes. I will call another company.
