  I had there team come to my house to perform an inspection on my furnace and condenser unit plus add a drip leg on my gas line. They got me on the schedule super quick and the cost was extremely fair! Glad I called Burrows Heating & Air Conditioning! I’ll use them every time I have HVAC issues.

  Burrows remains a top-tier company, and I am so grateful to have discovered that again last week when I called for service. Burrows installed my furnace, filter, and humidifier in 2010, and every part of the system has worked splendidly ever since. Last week when my thermostat stopped functioning, I hesitated to call for support because other original installers I had contacted had completely new staff and worrisome ethics over the passage of time. Not Burrows. They were wonderful in every way. Right away, they sent Cody out to diagnose the concern, and from the get-go, I knew things would be okay. Cody was very communicative -- listening, explaining, and taking things step by step in order to make sure only the necessary work was done in a way that would help my furnace system continue to last for me. Cody went beyond the ordinary in ways that are meaningful to me. He explained to me what was definitely not wrong, discovered what was, and repaired it to be even better than it was before. He was kind throughout, and I'm so glad he was in my home. Instead of feeling vulnerable and worried, I feel supported and braver because of the experience. It's wonderful to have the support of folks who are deeply ethical, highly skilled, and supremely kind. Thank you, Cody, and the Burrows Team!!!
