  My garage door spring exploded overnight and I called a plus and they had someone onsite within 3 hours! Rich is the tech that performed the repair service, he was extremely kind and professional! Did not try and up sell me (which is a plus in my book) gave me multiple options and performed the service I chose quickly and professionally

  What an awesome experience. Our garage door broke and within an hour Rich was here to assess the situation. He provided different options. He explained exactly what was going on, springs broke, cables broke. He suggest an over haul, and our garage door would be like new. Within a couple hours Rich had us up and running. Thank you Rich and A+ Garage Doors for an excellent experience and repair. It definitely was a 5 star service.

  The Employee was nice. I will say that the work was done and appeared to be pretty good. The doors are not "way quiter" as promised. The price quoted truly was very high but I guess when they know you need them, right? They failed to honor their own monthly special where I should gotten a discount of $105 but didn't. Overall, not an A+ more like a B-.

  I recently ordered a new garage door and have had a great experience so far! He was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the options clearly, and made ordering the door easy. The pricing was great, and I’m really happy with the door I chose. I’m looking forward to having it installed and will definitely update my review once the installation is complete. So far, I highly recommend him!

  A Plus just replaced our main 2 car garage door and a utility door on the back of our garage. This has been a seamless upgrade, starting with the sales rep Max. He was very helpful in picking out what type of door to order and what color would be best for our home. He spent hours with us, deliberating on what would be best. We ended up ordering doors that took over a month to manufacture but, both doors were brought out to install by two excellent craftsmen. They arrived at the scheduled time, introduced themselves and spent as much time as was necessary to answer our questions, before they started the job. The installation took a good 7 hours and it was done perfectly!! They literally removed every single part of the old doors, including the track rails, openers and remote controls. Once the install was complete, they patiently spent another 30 to 45 minutes explaining how to operate and maintain the doors as well as the wireless openers. I'm a fussy customer but I literally had nothing to complain about. The doors are perfect, beautiful and operate so quietly that you cannot hear them going up or down, if you are stranding outside the garage. They are exceptionally quiet even if we are standing in the garage!! We all have had contractors do work in our houses? They usually make a huge mess then when they finish the job, they walk away leaving the mess for us to clean up right? Not these installers. They had to pound, drill and assemble a lot of heavy parts. When they were done, I was in shock watching as they wiped down every inch of these doors. The doors look like what you would expect to see in a store display. They removed finger prints and any other signs of the work they had completed. They even swept up every trace of metal and wood shavings. Other than the beautiful new doors, you would never know they were here. All that means a lot to us. It shows respect for our property and proves they care about their clients. I strongly recommend A Plus Garage Doors. This isn't the first garage doors we have had to replace but, it is the first time we have replaced a garage door with zero complications or problems! Thanks A Plus for sending us excellent installers and excellent doors!
