We had a great experience with Miles and the High Mileage Flooring team. Our house is nearly 100 years old, and we needed the basement concrete floor leveled before installing engineered hardwood. The existing floor had several challenges, including old self-leveler that had broken apart and adhesive left behind from previous linoleum flooring. The team at High Mileage Flooring ground out the failing material and old adhesive, properly prepped and primed the concrete, and poured new self-leveler to get the floor ready for our hardwood installation. A few unexpected obstacles came up along the way, but they were incredibly committed to getting the job done correctly and on schedule. They even worked through the weekend and late into the evening one night so we could stay on track for flooring and cabinetry deliveries we already had scheduled. I really appreciated their willingness to put in the extra time and effort rather than cutting corners or leaving us scrambling to reschedule everything. They were hardworking, responsive, and clearly cared about doing the job right. I would absolutely recommend High Mileage Flooring.

Extremely happy with the process and professional way we were treated. The sales rep and workers were thorough and efficient. It has been a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend them for any project and will use them in the future for sure. Can’t thank them enough. And the quality of work is amazing.

8 years and still looks like new! Miles and crew are out here crushing it. My garage floor looks great even after 8 years of heavy use. These guys are my go to for polished concrete floors or epoxy garage floors. Great service and the value is unmatched. They have my approval.
