  I had an incredible experience working with the team at High Mileage Flooring. From the very beginning, they were responsive, professional, and communicated consistently throughout the quoting process. They came out quickly to provide an estimate, answered my questions, were willing to provide a certificate of insurance, and genuinely took the time to research a fairly complicated project instead of giving me a one-size-fits-all answer. What impressed me most was their willingness to go above and beyond to understand the unique challenges of my job. They were fair, honest, and clearly cared about doing the work the right way. The only reason I ultimately went in a different direction had nothing to do with High Mileage Flooring. My project involved a larger-scale gypcrete application, which although is a self-leveling product which High Mileage specializes in, gypcrete requires commercial-grade pumping equipment (often provided by the compound manufacturer) and expertise. Because of the size and complexity of the job, I decided it was best to use a contractor who specializes exclusively in that type of work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend High Mileage Flooring for their professionalism, integrity, communication, and commitment to their customers. They were a pleasure to work with, and I truly appreciate the time and effort they invested in helping me.
