  As far as AC repairs goes DO NOT use this company. Our AC fan was not working called out a tech they wanted to charge 5,000 to repair the unit. And recommended a new unit and furnace. Not the case. Called another company for a second opinion they repaired the AC in 2 hours and the cost of repair was just under $500. I predict Scott Hale tried to pull this stunt because it was my wife home dealing with them. This is not the first time i have heard this about this company! If you use them please get a second opinion or second quote. Added the quote from Scott Hales top item fan motor replacement was the work we had done for 500 not the 2500 we was quoted. These guys will rob you blind!

  after calling and setting up a "free" estimate for dryer vent duct cleaning specifically, the young man showed up without knowing anything about the dryer vent, said that's not what he was sent for and kept trying to update me to a whole house duct cleaning for an outrageous amount, because I was at an appointment and on the phone while my daughter is physically there he kept trying to talk over me and didn't want to hear anything about the dryer vent ducting,which that was the only reason why he was called, when I refused to his upsale tactic and upcharge he said to my daughter he had to go he had places to be and packed his stuff up and left.

  Service Tech Brandon Nava repaired our bathroom sink faucets and bathtub faucet. A couple of days later, we noticed a drip with the bathtub faucet, and requested Brandon return to look it over. He did so, and made it right - even going above and beyond the original work order. I was very impressed with Brandon's knowledge, professionalism and courtesy and was very pleased with his (and Scott Hale's) desire for customer satisfaction and "making it right". I will most definitely recommend Scott Hale to anyone needing those services, and commend Brandon for his great work!

  Brandon was amazing!! He took time to investigate and diagnose my issues and got me fixed up even faster than he quoted me. My wife was super happy with how easily he was able to get everything together, how neat and organized he was at working and how quickly he finished. I would recommend Scott Hale and especially Brandon who came out to fix our issue,

  We had a great experience with Scott Hale. They were very responsive and were able to get a technician to our house quickly. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining what was wrong with our furnace and walking us through the different options. We especially appreciated that we never felt like he was trying to upsell us or recommend services we didn’t need. He was straightforward, professional, and focused on solving the problem. Patrick also took the time to give us helpful tips and advice on how to maintain our system and keep it working well in the future. Overall, we were very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend Scott Hale.
