  Mike Jones at Central Electric was great to work with. He was on time, friendly, and very helpful in finding ways to save me money. He made the process quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend him!

  I was hopeful this would be our go to electrician, but I cannot endorse them. First, they didn't show up so I called and rescheduled. I get it, the trades are in demand so I was not upset since they showed during their rescheduled time. But unfortunately, I had to have them come out twice to fix the 3 junction boxes they installed, wires were loose on second visit, the third visit the outlet beside the light switch tripped the lights so they wouldn't work along with the GFCI mechanism. I originally asked to expand from one junction box to three and make sure the switch and all electrical was working properly in that area. They charged me an additional $125 to replace the outlet as a "way to help me out and take care of me." (I purchased the outlet and all hardware, which was ready for them.) This was after paying about $350 to install the junction boxes, etc. I wasn't about to argue with them, but I believe when you install the junction boxes they should have tested the wiring, switch and outlet that were all connected.

  Never been so disappointed! The person that came out completed the task in 5 minutes so we asked if he could look at another light, which he refused to do even though we were being billed for an hour. There was clearly a big misunderstanding when I scheduled my appointment and got pricing. Which happens, that's fine. But when I called to clear it up the supervisor I spoke to, Pete, was so rude and unprofessional. When he didn't agree with my concern he started calling me names and getting very loud. The disrespect was beyond anything I've experienced. Will never EVER consider working with them again.

  Great people, Great work I will be using them in the future. Way lower than other company's with good out put.
