- DDDani DuncanMay 21, 20225.0Happy Birthday to me! We had an old breaker trip and wouldn't turn back on this morning... I was in a panic, today is my birthday and after spending an hour calling every electrician on Google (even the after hours services weren't answering or saying they won't be available until Monday) I gave central electric a call in a last ditch effort to find someone to fix it so I could move on with my day. They were up front about after hours emergency prices (which were fair and comparable to other emergency electricians) and James was out within an hour to get it fixed and got it repaired in less than five minutes. He took the time for us to recreate the scenario (vacuum being plugged in) to ensure there weren't any other issues and explained the warranties. I'm thankful they could come out and get it repaired so quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future.. Just, hopefully on a more planned timeframe.

The person that came out completed the task in 5 minutes so we asked if he could look at another light, which he refused to do even though we were being billed for an hour. There was clearly a big misunderstanding when I scheduled my appointment and got pricing. Which happens, that's fine. But when I called to clear it up the supervisor I spoke to, Pete, was so rude and unprofessional. When he didn't agree with my concern he started calling me names and getting very loud. The disrespect was beyond anything I've experienced. Will never EVER consider working with them again.
