- SBSue Boswell6 days ago5.0I highly recommend A+ for excellent customer service as well as Paul who not only provided that, but was also very knowledgeable and informative about available options and recommendations. Patient and not a pushy salesman. We are very pleased. Ask for Paul!
- NONathan Olpin6 days ago5.0Great knowledge went the extra mile and very happy with our experience with this company! Ask for Paul he gave us his guidance without pressure!
- DHDon or Deborah HansenSep 29, 20265.0I have a 30 year old double garage door with all original parts. I had A+ do an inspection on it. They gave me several service options to choose from. Just a thorough lube job up to a complete mechanical rebuild including a new lift motor. There was no upsell pressure. Because of the age and condition of my door, I thought I would need a new door, but they recommended I keep mine and just upgrade everything. The door runs smoother and quieter than it did when new. Excellent service.
- WOWendy O’ReillySep 18, 20264.0Great and speedy service!!! Was able to get the first appointment for the next day and they were right on time. Aaron was a pleasure to work with, was friendly, he did a great job and was extremely fast. I am only leaving a 4 star instead of 5 as I feel it was pretty pricey compared to what I looked up online. I didn’t want to call around and get quotes or wait so just went with it.
- JPJoann PriceSep 18, 20265.0I highly recommend A-Plus Garage Doors as a reputable, reliable, and very professional service. Even though I ended up having more work done on my garage door and opener than I initially thought, it was very much needed and justified. There were no hidden agendas or hard-sell tactics, and I was very pleased by the workmanship and use of quality materials that went into the job. I would also like to highly commend my service tech, Manasseh Boss, for his knowledge and expertise, and for taking me through each step of the process with total transparency and genuine concern. He arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and got the job done in a timely manner. I look forward to Having the same great experience with future annual service calls.
