- BKBridget KahokuokalaniMar 16, 20261.0I was driving I-15 north and one of your employees driving one of your trucks was swerving through the lane and wouldn’t move out of the left lane for others to pass. When he finally moved out of the left lane for other to pass he made some choice hand jesters as I passed then he proceeded to tailgate me after I passed. In no way was I trying to cause trouble I just was following traffic laws by not passing on the right. You need to talk with anyone driving your trucks with your information on it that this reflects your business

Everyone I have worked with has been great, but I would like to call out Christian Quayle as he is who I have worked with the most. He is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! He is so patient and easy to work with. We have had several complicated projects, and he has made the process so painless. I never doubt that he will get our request completed! I LOVE working with him! So grateful I get to work with him!

- SMSeann McWhorterJun 6, 20241.0I hate leaving negative reviews, but these guys dropped the ball big time. I ordered a door to match previously purchased doors for my office space. I prepaid. The lead time they asked for was reasonable. When they delivered the door, their driver brought the wrong door. We called and our sales rep was on vacation. A different sales rep tried to help and said our door was sitting there in the office, but that the stain didn't match at all. (We gave them one of our existing doors to color match, which they haven't returned to us yet). It's been a couple weeks now and they still haven't delivered or door. Calling them has been an empty chasm of unreturned voicemails. We finally got someone to talk to us and they promised the door today by noon. It's almost 2 and they said it just got stained and is still tacky. It has been so frustrating to work with these guys. I guess I'm too small of a job to warrant any level of good customer service. I'd post a picture, but I still don't have a door to take a picture of.

Merrill Co.--they were able to order them for me quickly and at a good price. They even shipped them to me so I didn't have to drive to Salt Lake City.
