The technician (Kaiden Pitcher) arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair with professionalism and attention to detail.   Great experience with Taylor from Valley Plumbing. He fixed our basement flooding leak and installed a water softener. We had been tolerating hard water but didn't know who to call. We won't hesitate to call Valley in the future.

  Jeremy did an awesome job! Showed up on time. Was considerate of our flooring. Kept me updated with the ongoing cost of the repairs so there were no surprises. Even found an issue that we didn't call him for and fixed it. Payment was all done on the spot and documents sent immediately. Very satisfied with Jeremy and Valley Plumbing. Professional outfit! Will use again!

  Valley plumbing was very responsive and reasonably priced when we needed our water line replaced. However, once we committed to using their bid, all communication seemed to stop. We never received the emails promised with line items from the bid, no update or scheduling of when to expect workers to show up to our home - or who to expect on each day - and little communication on what was being done and when water access was on vs off. Lastly, the work began on a Friday afternoon and, with no prior communication that this was an expected timeframe, was left unfinished over the weekend until they could return Monday to complete the work. The office staff were very helpful and everyone professional and kind; we just wish the communication received at the begin of working with them was sustained throughout the project.

  Dallon White is an exceptional employee, dedicated service and cleans after himself and the work completed is superior and well designed and looks beautiful. We love the reversed osmosis system that he recommended and it wonderful to have clean, good tasting water. The ice cubes are like crystal clear. In the process we discovered our piping; it is old and is filled with crap. Dallon White has submitted a bid and replaced our water lines. Wednesday Dallon White and a fine young man Dallin assist him in replacing our old pipes. Dallin was very helpful and running errands, getting parts and supplies from the van. They are a very well, fined tuned companionship. They look at each other or read each other's minds and the parts they need are there immediately. Once they reviewed the project Dallon White visualized and executed assignments for each of them. They cooperate and work well together. We have found another pipe that is leaking and Dallon White is working up an estimate and scheduling to come here to replace the decaying piece of pipe that needs to be replaced on Friday, May 1st. Thank you also for your office staff that are very helpful and friendly to respond to our needs. Lynn Sorensen
