  I scheduled an appointment for the same day and within an hour Kasey had called saying he was on his way. He was awesome at diagnosing the problem and explaining it. I ended up needing a new motor. He went over pricing and wasn’t pushy but explained the pros and cons to each option. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great experience!

  If you’re looking for a garage repair service company- these guys are THE BEST!!! Okko (my servíce repairman) arrived on time and greeted me with a firm handshake and friendly smile. He took the time to get to know me and even asked about the significance of my daughter’s name ❤️. He was an attentive listener to my garage door issues. Okko reviewed both my “Active needs” (a busted spring) and also my “Latent needs” - latent meaning, if I don’t act soon then these are the issues headed my way… such as; the door opener was 10+ years old and a cheap model that was on its last legs, the ball bearings on the door track were wearing out, evidenced by black powder, the need to replace the cables and other parts. By educating me on the various service options and price points and advantages of each package, my emotions went down and I was able to make an informed decision- without any high pressure sales tactics. Overall- it was a great experience. The new garage opener is so smooth, all the necessary moving parts have been replaced and I feel like my door’s life extended another 15 years. - Sam

  Okko came out to see if he could repair our 52 year old garage door spring. Unfortunately, they no longer make the spring that we have. We decided to upgrade with a new garage door system that seems reasonably priced and will definitely add value to our home with a working, fully automatic garage door. Okko was friendly and not at all pushy as we made our decision.

  Okko was fantastic to work with! We had a broken spring on our garage door, and he came out quickly and was so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. He repaired both of our garage doors the very same day and even stayed later when we decided to make additional repairs to the second door. We truly appreciated his professionalism, hard work, and willingness to help. Thank you so much, Okko — we are extremely pleased with the work you did!

  Helpful technicians explained the problems with my old door. Answered questions while I selected the new door. Great communication from the company about the timeline and installation. Installation was easy. Friendly technicians. That evening I noticed a small dent in one of the panels. Talked to the company and they arranged to get a new panel. Easy and informative communication about the replacement. Again, a friendly technician came and installed a new panel. Great experience!! Recommended them to our daughter who had a new motor installed and also had a great experience.
