  Had a great experience with Ben from A+ Garage Doors. He came out for a routine lubrication and 24-point safety inspection and was right on time, professional, polite, and very easy to talk to. He worked quickly and thoroughly, and when he was finished, he gave me a helpful rundown of the condition of the door, what to keep an eye on, and when to give them a call if we ever have any problems. I really appreciated the service and would definitely recommend Ben and A+ Garage Doors.

  Ben B came out and did an amazing job fixing my broken springs and coil! Came and went in under 2 hours, and elaborated well on what the issues were and what my options are. Seemed to be fairly priced for the extent of the work alongside the warranty. Will use them again for future repairs!

  Hunter and his coworker were professional, courteous and did a good job in installing new lower door seals on both our doors as well as side and upper sealing strips.

  Ben was way beyond awesome ! Very polite well presented young man. Very knowledgeable about the subject and very willing to listen intently to my questions. Gave very fair and competitive options for the service of garage door. It’s very comforting to not have pushy salesmen that try to take advantage of their customers. Highest compliments for Ben; he did a great job!

  I can’t recommend A+ Garage Doors enough, especially my technician, Ben B. Ben actually called ahead and asked if it was okay that he arrived early, which I really appreciated. From the moment he got there, he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had my garage door repaired even faster than the time he originally estimated. What really stood out was how honest and genuine he was. He presented me with three repair options, clearly explained the pros and cons of each, and never once pressured me into the more expensive option. He listened to my situation, understood my concerns, and helped me choose the option that made the most sense for me—not for his commission. On top of that, Ben gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to call or text him anytime if I had questions or needed help troubleshooting something in the future. That’s customer service you just don’t see anymore. He was professional, courteous, respectful of my home, and cleaned up so well that you couldn’t even tell anyone had been working there. This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with both a service technician and someone discussing repair options. A+ Garage Doors also had someone at my house within just 3 hours of my call, which was incredibly impressive. If you need garage door service, ask for Ben B. You won’t be disappointed.
