  Jace came out and was amazing to fix my broken spring on our garage. We decided to do an overhaul on our old parts and it works perfect!! Jace was knowledgeable and friendly and got the job done. Way to go Jace!!!

  Mike did a great job for us. He thoroughly inspected all parts of our garage door and then tuned it up to ensure it was working as smoothly as possible. Even though our lifter is older and will probably need to be replaced in the near future, he didn’t pressure us to do it right away - which I really appreciated, given the expense.

  We had a major part break toward the end of the day and were able to have A+ Doors come out to fix. Connor was marvelous! He walked us through each step of what failed and fixed it within about one hour. We feel super lucky to have had Connor sent to us for the appointment and will be requesting him moving forward!

  A Plus Garage Doors was very responsive, friendly, and the quality of the work performed was good, which is why I’ve given them 4 stars. However, I was billed for a service that I did not authorize. I was told they had a special on their tuneup but I explained that this had already been done earlier during the year and that I did not need the service. It was performed anyway and appeared on my invoice. Although I was satisfied with the sensors repaired, I believe customers should receive a written estimate before any work begins so there is a clear understanding of what has been authorized. Improving this communication would help prevent misunderstandings and ensure customers are only charged for services they have approved.

  My old opener died all of a sudden. I needed a solution fast. Called the company’ s main line and talked with a very nice manager. She notified Ben an installer in my area. He came right over and quickly determined my problem. He listened to my issues and proposed a great solution. He immediately installed my new opener - only took around 20 minutes. Ben was great. Very courteous, no hard sell and the new opener works perfectly. Couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this team.
