  Absolutely the worst human beings and companies i have ever dealt with in 26 years as a finish carpenter. I bought a nail gun from them and used it sparingly for 2 days. (It was the floor model) The third day it was broken. The plunger o ring is broken. They are refusing to give my money back since they don't have another one available. I am working 3 hours from my home and don't just have the luxury of waiting for them to send it off to be fixed. They refuse to help me because it's against their policies. They refuse to warranty their own products that they sell. In this process, the guys at the front counter and the main manager had so little respect for the situation that their product has put me in. They need to be fired, and your company policies need to be printed on the receipt that you will not be responsible for any damages the moment the product leaves the store. They continue to prove to me over and over why I don't spend my hard earned money with them. That have zero customer relations. I will be screaming this disrespect and disregard for your customers from the roof tops. Oh, and I hope it costs you dearly. This is such a waste of a company. 100% they will not take care of you as a customer. Just know that you have heard the warnings from me. I had to give a 1 star because zero was not an option!

  Great building materials supply, very friendly staff, I been going there twice a week and all ways find everything I need, I really recommend it.

  Terrible customer service. Multiple people standing around talking that just look at you when you walk up to the counter. I went in to Buy a door for one of my projects and was told by the salesman that I didn't have any idea what I was doing. I was trying to purchase a right hand outswing door for project. The salesman told me that I couldn't possibly want that and he knew what I wanted. I again told him that I did in fact want an outswing right hand door. That was the only way that would work for my job. He began again to tell me that I didn't know what I wanted and that he would show me the doors that I wanted. I stoped him there and told him I would take my business elsewhere from here on out. He hadn't seen plans and had no idea what I was looking at. But was sure that I couldn't possibly want what I was trying to order. I would have talked to someone else but everyone else was busy talking to each other and couldn't be bothered with my order. I will never shop stock again. I will also recommend that everyone I know not go to them. Don't waste your time with this joke of a supply store.
