  Samuel came out to fix the weatherstripping on an exterior door and did a great job! He was quick and efficient, explained the options and then picked up the parts to finish. Will definitely use him again!

  Sam was very friendly and understood what problems we needed to solve. He came up with excellent suggestions and them was very skilled on execution. He inspired confidence during his time working with us and we are greatly pleased with the results.

  The 5 star review is primarily for our handyman, Jace Patterson, who was so great to work with. He clearly knew what he was doing and did a fantastic job on our door installation. I think it's the only perfectly level door in our house! It was not an easy job taking out the old pocket door and replacing it with a slightly wider hinged door, but he did it with minimal disruption to the surrounding drywall and completed the job on time. He clearly was itching to go beyond the project scope and do all of the finishing touches, but the scope only included the installation. Even so, he talked us through all of the things we could do (and the tools/materials to use) to make it look its best. I'm confident that after some putty, caulk, drywall, and paint work, it will look perfect. I would recommend Jace for any handyman job. We did have some minor grievances regarding the process, but they were outside of the handyman's role. Before the job, I think it would have been best for someone to come see the work area and take measurements, but instead they had me send pictures and take the measurements. The door we ended up with didn't seem to be the measurements I had sent though; it was a couple inches too wide and it hangs with the bottom about 1 inch higher above the floor than I would have preferred. The job got done and we're happy with it, but I would have appreciated greater attention to detail in the earlier stages of the project.
