I love working with these guys. Every tech we’ve had come out has been so professional and easy to talk to. They always walk us through the process and are very open about pricing. I’ll continue to use them for everything they provide. Thanks guys!

I had a huge list of items to fix for a real estate transaction. 1st American's team blew me away with the level of detail they provided. They had to cut drywall out of my ceiling and I was worried it was going to push back closing. The opening was barely noticeable when they finished. 5 minutes of spackle and paint and it was good as new.

We were so impressed with how quickly we were able to make an appointment on a Saturday and then how quickly Tyrell got to the appointment. He solved our complex problem effectively and efficiently. We will definitely be using First American in the future.

Good service. Good price. They told me what to expect for a tankless water heater service, then they scheduled quickly, fixed the problem quickly and they gave me a guarantee and followed up with me after completing the work. What more can you ask for? I appreciate straight up service like this.

I just had them replace a water heater and my main pressure regulator. Everyone were great to work with including Matt the owner, Blake and Tyrell the servicemen and even scheduling. Their prices where right inline with other quotes but the additional education and care for the project certainly put them above the rest. They covered the floors around their work areas, cleaned up everything. I won't hesitate to reach out to them again.
