  I had an excellent experience with 1st American Plumbing Heating and Air. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. The technician was friendly, efficient, and took the time to answer all my questions. My system is running better than ever, and I truly appreciate the honest service and attention to detail.   The responded so quickly and came out late at night for an emergency! It’s not the cheapest place (also not the most expensive!) however, they repaired hose bibs I have had replaced several times and it turned out it was because the valve had never come all of the way through the foundation into the house! He was also so kind and looked at some other stuff we have going on to let us know why we are having other issues. I have truly never felt more confident and our hose bibs have never looked so good! I’m just so please, and the technician was so nice and friendly. We will definitely be using them again.

  Fixed a cracked pipe leading out of our sink quickly and efficiently. The pipe is behind a gas fireplace in our house and would have been a nightmare to fix but they found a cost-effective way to still do the repair. 10/10 recommend!

  I really like working with 1st American Plumbing! They provided reliable guidance to what was needed to have my house plumbing system working properly again, and took care of the issues very well. I am really satisfied with the work and the interaction I had with them (and not to mention that their price was very reasonable.) I DEFINITELY recommend them! Ask for Jon Stanger - he surely knows what he is doing! Thank you!

  1st American Plumbing is incredible — quick, efficient, and professional in every way. They have helped numerous clients for me over the years and consistently show up on time, clean up after themselves, and are very detailed in their bidding process.
