Carpet Store
Big Carpet has a history of providing the best services possible to our clients. We've been that way since our founding in 1997. A big part of this is because our founder, Dennis Bigelow, had already spent years in the flooring industry before he founded his own business.

- JSJason StaheliJun 2, 20225.0Dennis the owner was very professional and responsive to any concerns and needs from the time I first walked into his business and even after the install when some of the trim came loose he arranged to have his installer return to fix it. Overall great customer service.
- ACAlan CaseyFeb 11, 20195.0Quick, friendly, knowledgeable service. Big carpet and flooring was able to answer all of our questions and find a solution for a very difficult floor. The pricing was comprable to other carpet stores and the work was beautiful. They installed soon after giving the bid and were very accommodating. Thanks Big Carpet and Flooring. Kathy
