  Pando came to fix my water heater, hose bib and tub faucet. They made sure to keep me in the loop as to cost and also when they could be there.

  Jeff Nelson at Pando Plumbing was fantastic to work with. He came out to assess a water leak and perform maintenance on our water heater, and his knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. He took the time to explain everything clearly and approached the situation thoughtfully. Highly recommend Jeff and the Pando team!

  Jeff and company were very professional. I needed help with my dishwasher leaking and clogged garbage disposal. And they knew right away what the cause was after inspecting. And, resolved the problem right away with a couple of fixes. I am very happy with the help and service and more than happy to get the invoice. But, they dont want me to pay for anything. That is too nice. They also gave me consulting and estimate for my old water heater replacement. I trust them and will definitely get my water heater from Pando Plumbing.

  Met w aJeff regarding Tank- less water heater, estimate- advised that MY SAVINGS w relatively new heater was not ready to be replaced..nor worth the investment at this time- who does that?? Request Jeff, most informative, HONEST individual… ten stars!!
