  I had a fantastic experience with Factory Flooring Design Center. Janet’s customer service is truly top-notch. From the very beginning, she showed a genuine interest in understanding our needs and preferences, and she was always responsive and timely in her communication. What really stood out is that we had our hearts set on a specific floor they didn’t even carry—and Janet went above and beyond to make it happen. She truly moved mountains to get us exactly what we wanted. On top of that, she was able to secure it for us at a discounted rate compared to other vendors in the area, which made the experience even better. Because of this experience, I’ll absolutely be returning for carpet in the future. Thank you, Janet, for your exceptional service—keep up the excellent work!

  Great experience with Janet from choosing carpet colors to follow through installation and after. Installers were thoughtful and diligent. Very pleased with everything and definitely recommend!
