  Picking carpet is hard. Thankfully Janet, who works here was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us select a carpet. It was a significantly better experience than many of flooring places I have been. And Chad was polite, respectful and great guy to have visit your home. If you are needing help and expertise, this is the flooring place to go. Thank you!

  Janette has been amazing to work with. She has assisted me with multiple product purchases, and every experience has been excellent. She pays close attention to detail, is incredibly knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to help. On top of that, their pricing is very competitive.   I had a fantastic experience with Factory Flooring Design Center. Janet’s customer service is truly top-notch. From the very beginning, she showed a genuine interest in understanding our needs and preferences, and she was always responsive and timely in her communication. What really stood out is that we had our hearts set on a specific floor they didn’t even carry—and Janet went above and beyond to make it happen. She truly moved mountains to get us exactly what we wanted. On top of that, she was able to secure it for us at a discounted rate compared to other vendors in the area, which made the experience even better.   Great experience with Janet from choosing carpet colors to follow through installation and after. Installers were thoughtful and diligent. Very pleased with everything and definitely recommend!
