I had some minor flooding and factory floor design was kind enough to sell me some carpet padding in a small square footage so I didn’t have to buy a full roll from Home Depot. I’m sure it wasn’t standard practice for them, but they were very helpful to my unique situation. I will definitely consider them if I ever need to re floor my house

Janet at Factory Flooring Design Center was a dream to work with. She got us an amazing price on the flooring we wanted and held our hand through the purchasing process. I had shopped around quite a bit and had a very good experience with this store.
