- KHKathleen Hobbs6 days ago5.0Recently purchased carpet from Cost U less. We had used them four years ago and were very pleased with their service. The staff was very patient explaining the different types of carpet and Cost. Was able to take several samples home. The installers this time exceeded my expectation. Saul and his father were very professional. The carpet they installed was for the entire upstairs. We are very satisfied with the finished job. They worked diligently and carefully I definitely would use them agai

- KBKyle BarrattSep 11, 20261.0BUYER BEWARE Discouraged and disappointed would be an understatement. Please do not waste your time and money buying from here. I bought almost $4000 of flooring they loaded it in the back of my truck with a forklift on a fully shrink wrapped pallet. I got home and I unloaded it. At least 1/3 of the boxes were damaged. I called and asked if I could exchange them. They said no exchanges and no refunds. After I told them how ridiculous that was they agreed to let me return them but wanted to charge me a $1400 restocking fee. I asked if I could exchange the 19 boxes of damaged inventory for undamaged. They refused. They told me that I should fully inspected all of the boxes before I drove away. How was I supposed to do that when it was on a pallet fully shrink wrapped? It is no wonder they went out of business in American Fork
