I called another business, Precision garage door, who tried upselling me $1,600 dollars to perform a full service to replace the hinges and rollers. I asked them to leave. I called A plus garage door and they were able to send over a tech the same day. He re-tensioned the springs and was able to explain some of the more basic service I could do myself, for 1/8th the price of the other guys. Tony from A+ was fast, professional, and got the job done!
