  Absolutely awesome guys! Got me all taken care of with zero pressure to upsell me a new roof. Gave me the good and bad and areas of concern to address for the future. Will be using them for sure when it’s time to replace the roof.

  I had a leak in my roof during a rainstorm and Legacy Roofing was incredible. They came out within a couple of hours and got everything sealed down to protect our home until we could get the repair taken care of. They didn’t even charge me for the emergency fix, which I absolutely didn’t expect and appreciated so much. Communication, friendliness, responsiveness, and expertise were 5 stars all around. Special shout out to Bryce. It’s such a relief when you’re dealing with something stressful like water coming into your house to have a company respond quickly and actually take care of you. Definitely recommend Legacy Roofing!

  Update to my first post. While Bryce was a pleasure to meet with for our roof inspection, i never heard from him after our visit, aside from him asking me to leave a positive review. Which i did initially, because i really liked him and felt he could help us, but updating after never receiving a quote or follow up info.

  Update to my previous review: I recently learned that my experience with Legacy Roofing was even worse than I originally knew. During my roofing project several years ago, Legacy Roofing severely damaged a brand-new evaporative cooler that had been installed only a few months earlier. The damage left it nonfunctional and required the unit to be replaced. The owner of Legacy Roofing acknowledged that his company caused the damage and repeatedly promised the evaporative cooler contractor that he would pay for the replacement. He gave his word that he would take responsibility and make the contractor whole. Relying on those assurances, the contractor replaced the unit. Just today, I had the cooler contractor return for routine service and learned that Legacy Roofing never paid him. Not a portion of the cost. Nothing. The contractor has been left covering several thousand dollars in damage caused by Legacy Roofing. I was already extremely dissatisfied with the workmanship and professionalism I experienced, but learning this years later confirms that my original review was fully warranted. Damaging a customer’s property is bad enough. Promising another small-business owner that you will pay for that damage, allowing him to complete the replacement based on your word, and then leaving him with the bill demonstrates an astonishing lack of professionalism, accountability, and integrity. This was not simply a mistake made during a roofing job. It was a commitment to correct that mistake that was never honored. Based on my experience and what I have now learned, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Legacy Roofing.

  I had a customer who needed help. Her insurance was going to drop her because they flew a drone over her house and thought they saw some roof damage. They told her to take care of it by the end of the month, or else. I called Andreas with Legacy Roofing, who has helped me with several other projects. He went there and discovered that the roofing problem was just a minor fix and he took care of it while he was there. Other roofing companies would have unnecessarily charged her for a fix that was not necessary. The customer couldn't have been more happy. Thanks again, Andreas.
