  We have had a couple window companies come by & they always lose me when they get to the pricing. Nathan gave a great presentation, very informative & was very aware of the problem with other window companies in the area which is affordability. Vivid was very competitive with their pricing coming in at half of our previous quote. The windows are great looking & very high quality. The installation crew was efficient, knowledgeable & just great guys. They went above & beyond with their cleanup. Our windows have been in for a couple weeks now & we couldn't be happier. The noise we had from outside wind & vehicles is non existent now. The house cools down so much faster now & stays cool. The windows operate smooth & easy. Our old ones were a feat of strength to open & close. You don't realize how bad your windows are until you get them replaced. I would highly recommend & have already recommended Vivid windows to anyone. Great prices, knowledgeable staff & installation was a breeze. Thanks!

  Great experience with Vivid windows here in Flagstaff, Az! We had 12 windows replaced and all of them look amazing. The install went smooth, and the bells and whistles are worth it! Some before and after photos!

  We appreciated not only how hard the men worked on our windows but the efficiency and knowledge that came with it. Mike was great in communications with us through the whole process. He touched up little things he saw close to the windows that could have been looked over and made sure things were perfect. We are very grateful to have new windows and we could immediately tell the difference with the heat being blocked out in comparison to our old windows, which will be huge with where we live.

  My house was built in 1983. It still had the original aluminum frame window. It is a brick house and I wasn't sure how to change the windows. Vivid windows completed the chage out of 11 windows in one day. My house looks much better already feels more comfortable. The price was affordable and a 3rdof what other companies had quoted.

  The order process was simple, options were explained very well. The installers scheduled us before we were anticipating which was great. Install only took a day for 11 windows and everything tied together perfectly with our current trim and siding. Overall, the windows improved the aesthetics of our house instantly. We’re excited to have new windows to replace the original windows on our house from the ‘50s. Can’t wait to see how much they help during the really hot and really cold days.
