- JRJordan Reichman5 days ago5.0I had a great experience with Call Climate. Scott Potter, my technician was very professional. I also didn’t feel like I was being sold things I don’t need (as I have been experiencing with other appliance service companies in the Salt Lake area).
- KLkim langdorfSep 22, 20265.0John did a wonderful job of tracking down the issue with our furnace. He’s highly competent and very polite. I’ll recommend Call Climate Service to all my friends and neighbors. Price was lower than expected.
- CDChris DobsonSep 22, 20265.0We had a few issues with our AC units. Call Climate has been amazing. They have shown up quickly, communicated well, and prices very fair. On the second call Scott identified that it was just a design system flaw with the house rather than any problem with the AC unit and refused to charge us for even a service call. They have earned my business and I will not use anyone else.
- WPWilson ParsonSep 9, 20265.0I called these guys to solve a noise problem. Our HVAC room is right next to our home theater and the return vent was a straight shot through the wall to the blower. It was so loud that I'd shut the air off when we watched movies. Shawn came to check it out and suggested we reroute the return duct to reduce the noise. Brandon came and it took him a little over half a day to add the new duct pieces, and they also installed a larger filter cabinet for higher quality filters. He was super quick and cleaned up really well after. I'm happy with the result.
