  So far everything is working well, Ben informed me of things and explained other situations dealing with the unit. Ben was very friendly and did a Great job!

  Update: someone was able to come out and make things right today(Sunday). Hopefully the system remains up and cooling!! Our HVAC system went out on Tuesday night amid summer heat and we were able to get Call Climate our by Wednesday afternoon, which was great. On Wednesday, the technician said that there was not a leak sun our system had pressure but that they would continue troubleshooting on Thursday. A different technician on Thursday came out in the afternoon and said there was a leak and just refilled refrigerant and left. Additionally, they left with the evaporator system with missing screws and the panel half taped on, said they looked up our system and the refrigerant full recharge would be five tons but then after we gave the go ahead, they said that it was actually 6 tons. The tech said that the UV -injection process for confirming if a leak was the cause would be another appointment/payment a different day, but they had no idea what the price was, and they are attempting to double charge for the two different techs time. On Friday afternoon, our HVAC system started having the same issues as before. This company says it offers emergency services, although is not open Saturday/Sunday... Not super helpful with 95 degree heat and a toddler/baby at home.

  Jonathan Allen was great! He quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it. I was also impressed that he didn't try to upsell me as so many service people often do. He gave me great counsel and I will most definitely use Call Climate Services again. They truly have my best interest at heart.

  From start to finish I felt like I had white glove treatment. Price was competitive and work was great! They even helped us with a temp solution for our cooling being out over the weekend! Wow I would hire them again in a second.

  After three years of dealing with HVAC issues caused by a previous installation from another company, we finally found Call Climate—and our nightmare is over. From the very beginning, Shawn took the time to listen to every concern we had and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. He was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure our system was installed the right way—not just the easy way. Brandon, our installer, was outstanding. His workmanship and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire installation. They used high-quality materials, took the time to do everything correctly, and never rushed the job. It gave us so much confidence knowing they cared about the quality of their work as much as we did. What has impressed us the most is that their customer service didn't end after the installation. Even now, if I have a question or concern, Shawn and Brandon are still there to answer it and make sure everything is working as it should. That level of support is hard to find. If you're looking for an HVAC company that stands behind their work, treats you with respect, and truly cares about doing the job right, I can't recommend Call Climate enough. Thank you, Shawn, Brandon, and the entire team for finally giving us the comfort and peace of mind we've been searching for.
