  I called Tuesday, my technician was here Wednesday morning and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I got lucky, it was just a loose wire in the wall opener switch.

  Riley thoroughly explained each piece and part to my garage door, tracks, door opener, springs etc. Riley gave me an honest opinion of what he thought was good, bad, ok. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything, just honest feedback on what I had and what I could improve on.

  They did an amazing job, came out the same day that I called. Riley was very thorough and efficient. Gave us some quotes on new garage doors and fixed our garage. He explained everything in a way I could understand as well.

  We were able to get an appointment the same day we called. The technician (Riley P) was very knowledgeable. He gave us three different options to choose from. We didn’t feel pressured about anything. He fixed everything on the same visit. The garage door works great now. The pricing was fair.
