  Max came out and replaced our garage door springs, rollers, cables, etc. He was awesome!!!! Couldn’t have been better or more respectful. He explained everything to me and was fast. Arrived right on time. I couldn’t be happier with his service.

  Wow. What incredible customer service you guys have. Nolan came out stayed with the problem until it was fixed. He even offered to take my garage door opener to the shop and figure out what was wrong. He was amazing and such a great guy. A+ Garage is lucky to have an employee like him. Tanner, who first installed my garage door opener was equally wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere else but with A+ Garage

  If you’re looking for a garage door company in Reno, I highly recommend A Plus Garage Door. I had actually heard great things about them before becoming a customer. Rudi is a sales representative who is part of my professional networking group, and even though she’s only been part of the group for a couple of months, I’ve already heard a lot of positive feedback from friends, colleagues, and other members who have used A Plus Garage Door. They consistently talk about the quality of the work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. So when our garage door finally started failing, calling A Plus Garage Door was an easy decision. Our old garage door had simply reached the end of its life. The metal was literally tearing itself apart, and the rollers kept popping out of the track. More than once I was running late to a meeting only to discover the garage door wouldn’t close. I’d have to stop everything, reset the door, and force the roller back into the track just so we could leave. It was beyond frustrating. One of my wife’s favorite sayings from Lebanon is, “Let the baker bake the bread.” In other words, trust the professionals. That’s exactly how we felt with A Plus Garage Door. We wanted to modernize our 1970s home in Northwest Reno, so we selected a beautiful black insulated garage door with frosted glass windows running down the left side. The insulation will help keep the garage cooler during Reno’s hot summers and warmer during the winter, and we absolutely love the clean, modern look. Today we met with our technician, Cory, and he was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every option. He first explained what it would take to repair our existing door. Then he showed us a replacement option that included everything we wanted. Finally, he presented a premium option built with upgraded materials and designed to last even longer. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, Cory made sure we understood the benefits of each option so we could make the best decision for our home. He also explained the financing options they offer, which is a great benefit for homeowners making a larger investment. My wife and I ultimately chose the premium option because we plan to be here for many years. While we’re still waiting for installation, our experience so far has been exceptional. The entire process has been professional, honest, educational, and refreshingly low-pressure. We genuinely appreciate Cory and the entire team at A Plus Garage Door and are excited to see the finished product. If you’re in the Reno or Sparks area and need garage door repair, garage door replacement, or a new garage door installation, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend A Plus Garage Door. Based on our experience so far, they’ve earned our trust, and I can’t wait to update this review once our new door is installed. I’ll post after photos once I have my new garage door!

  Kasey tried everything he could to fix my problem with my garage door opener prior to realizing it was the brain in our actual opener. Quickly identified our options and best path forward. Change to opener and got everything working quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Appreciate his positive mindset even in this ridiculous heat! Thanks Kasey!!
