We LOVE how fast and professional H&H doors were at fixing our garage door. They had help to us same day! Darin did an AWESOME job and happened to have our parts on hand and our door opening again within an about an hour!

After nearly being sideswiped by one of their trucks on I15 yesterday, I wouldn't hire them for anything. They nearly ran a little car off the road in a very intentional display of rage weaving through traffic with their ladder truck. If you're going to drive angry maybe don't have your logo plastered all over the vehicle

I developed an issue with my door. My wall mount would open it no problem. My key pad would do ok. My vehicles. Not so much. Thought maybe it was getting old (is a 6 year old door old?) So, I thought maybe I needed to extend my antenna. Nope. Still having the issue. So I called H&H. Told them my issue. The nice lady on the other end asked if I had replaced my incandescent light bulbs with LED bulbs. I in fact had. Told me that the LED's emit a radio frequency that blocks the signal getting to my motor unit. I pulled the LED's and threw my incandescent ones back in. Voila! Door is fixed. H&H could have totally said we will send a tech out and charge me a service fee to tell me what she said over the phone. But they didnt. They have won a customer for sure. Thanks H&H Doors! Update: The previous review happened a few months back. Just yesterday (3-27-2018) I had them come out and fix a broken lift spring. 2 gentlemen came out (Logan and Santiago) and pulled the old broken spring and replaced it. It was fast and way less money than I was expecting. A friend said he had a company come do his and ended up with a $1000 bill. Well, sucks to be him. I escaped with a 200 dollar bill, 2 new springs and they serviced my door. I thought that was just awesome. Those 2 guys were professional and fun to talk to and were willing to answer any question I had and told me what to do to make the springs last a little longer. H and H Doors is an awesome company. Great customer service and unbelievably prompt when called for service. I highly recommend them if you need a door.
